Rates are per day and per person, valid for a minimum stay of 3 days, with all inclusive service (including umbrella and sunbeds on the beach).

Tourist tax not included, to be paid directly at the hotel at the end of the stay.

Super Prize offer

For stays of at least 7 days will be given a 10% discount on the cost of stay (excluding extras).

Offer valid throughout the summer except for the period from August 09 to August 22!

All Inclusive treatment includes:

• Full board with a choice of 7 first courses and 7 second courses with fish for lunch and dinner, as well as our rich buffet of cakes, cheeses, fruit, etc..
• Drinks at meals without limitation (a choice of 8 types, natural and sparkling water, red wine, white wine and sparkling white wine, Pepsi, orangeade and beer).
• Beach service, including 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for each room in a standard position (from the 5th row onwards) at Bagno Holiday (with swimming pool and entertainment) from a minimum stay of 3 days, and at Bagno Peperittima from a minimum stay of 5 days. In addition we offer free use of beach towels and beach bag for free.
• Services at the hotel: bicycles with seats, gym, Jacuzzi on the terrace on the fifth floor with sunbeds and umbrellas, sauna, cave (room of the salt of Cervia), WiFi network for internet throughout the hotel and on the beach.

All rooms have balcony or terrace with chairs and coffee table, air conditioning, dehumidifier and heating, telephone, 32-inch LCD TV with integrated digital terrestrial, minibar, safe, bathroom with hairdryer, make-up mirror, glass shower with central overhead shower and 6-jet hydrojet.

The single rooms have no sea view, but they have all the other services and new bathrooms and furnishings.

We are the only hotel in Milano Marittima that, on request, sends the real film, shot by ourselves amateurly, of the rooms.

Reductions

• Half board 10% discount
• For stays of at least 7 days: 10% discount on the total cost of the pension excluding extras

Discounts for children sharing a room with 2 adults:

• From 0 to 1 year in triple room with bed: 20 € per day (without meals)
• From 1 to 8 years: 50% discount
• From 8 to 12 years: 40% discount
• From 13 years or extra bed: 20% discount

Family plan:

Two children under 12 years in room with 2 adults (double bed plus castle on one side against the wall and on request on the other side): 2+2=3

The hotel has communicating rooms for 3 to 8 people.

Supplements:

• Stays of less than 3 days will incur an extra charge of 10% to 20% depending on the period.
• For the single room for the whole month of August is not included the beach service.
• Double room for single use 50% extra charge
• Extra lunch or dinner: € 25.00
• Extra breakfast: € 15.00
• Tourist tax: in force from 01/01/2018 equal to euro 1,50 per person in the months of June-July-August-September per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights free of children under 14 years.

Booking conditions:

The rate is calculated on the basis of the number of people booked, even if they are absent.

Booking begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

We cannot replace lunch on the day of arrival with lunch on the day of departure.

The reservation is valid upon receipt of a mandatory deposit of Euro 300.00 per room. In case of cancellation, which must be communicated by the customer in writing, at least 15 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
